Question: Do you charge a membership fee? Answer: NO. Accounts are 100% FREE to create and maintain. No membership fees ever. You are only charged for the video clips you purchase.
Question: When I add a new credit card for the first time- Is there a fee? Answer: If you are a new user and you are using an offer code to make your first purchase of only a single clip a temporary authorization fee of $ 1.00 is processed to validate the
credit card. You are not billed. You may see a $1.00 authorization transaction on your online credit card statement. The authorization transaction will automatically delete in several business days
(generally 3-7 business days).
Question: Are all clips on www.gfscenes.com available for download? Answer: No. Some clips are only available for streaming after purchase. Any clip(s) that do not have a download option is marked with a notification reading "This clip has no download For cloud viewing only".
Question: How do I stream clips I have purchased? Answer: Be sure to Log-in. Next Click on "My Clips" in top navigation bar. On the "My Clips" page- click on the clip you wish to stream. You will be taken to the clip page.
Click the play arrow and enjoy your stream.
Question: How do I download a clip I have purchased? Answer: Log-in and click "My Clips". On "My Clips" click on the "View all clips in my collection" link. You will be taken to "My Clip Collection" page where all your clips are listed. Find the clip you want to download and RIGHT click the "Right Click Here" link.
For Windows users: A menu will be displayed and depending on the browser you are using you need to click on "Save Target As" for Internet Explorer or "Save Link As" for Firefox and Chrome.
For MAC users: A right click is the CTRL key and a mouse click. Hold the CTRL key and do a mouse click at the same time. You will then be able to "Save Link As" " this text may be different depending on the browser you are using on MAC.
Question: Is billing on my card discreet? Answer: Yes. Our billing descriptor will show on your billing statement as "Vodbill.com 800 610 6666".
